When you sign up with BoB, tell them you're in America. Use Google checkout when you purchase. I don't think they use IP addresses at checkout, because they've never refused my purchases from Germany. I don't have any address or credit card on file with them. I don't think it's that deceitful to tell them you're in the US so you can buy books from them.
