I'm afraid I'm out of ideas, then, other than "Don't shop at Diesel". Whenever I've tried to shop there their storefront/payment system has been broken, and they have a perfect track record of ignoring my emails and closing out my CS tickets unread, so I can't share solutions that've worked for me in the past.
