You could have family or friend set up a web server or a VPN tunnel for you. I have that to Germany, because they restrict the freebies to local IPs. Won't cost a thing. And usually you won't need a VPN, even if you pay for one, it is still a question of how many books you buy, you might get back your money pretty quickly.
