Maybe price is the wrong foundation for boycotting. Maybe the better boycott is to boycott any ebook that is not either free, or free of DRM.

My view is that publishers' behaviour will be changed not by boycotting per se, but by seeing others make a success of a particular sales model. Rather than worry about what we won't buy, we could instead focus on recommending what we think is good value that we
have bought. This would be particularly useful for sites like feedbooks and smashwords, where quality can be variable.
Is "reading recommendations" the appropriate forum for this?
