I have the 505 and ADE must be installed and the Reader authorized in order to open and read a book on my Reader. I assume this is the same on the 600.
There is the
Sony Reader Troubleshooting Guide, but it has just been started and doesn't have the ADE information completed on it yet.
Wow.... I just found a thread that has that same line in it.... "1fskin:/l/string". I wonder if the information in it might help?
