There are good reasons to oppose DRM, such as the fact that many other customers are ignorant of it and they might be hurt. But anyone who knows what DRM is is likely capable of removing it and, IMO, should just do so and stop whining that it is restricting their use.

No, but HarryT usually wants to follow the laws so I was surprised by his argument.
I think everybody that buy a DRM infested book is showing support for the system and prolongs the use of DRM. So personally the question about removing DRM never occur.
Since you think it is easy to remove all DRM please tell us how to remove the Sony lrx DRM.
