You can simply add the word file as an attachment when making a post, if it is under 5mb. Best place to post it would be the sony 505 forum. If you don't know how to convert files then this is the easiest way.

If you want to know about converting files then Calibre is the program most of us here use. It's excellent and there is a Calibre forum here at MR which can help with any problems or queries.
