Kindle functions great as an offline email reader.

Install a PDF virtual printer (I use CutePDF at the moment).

Select your email from Outlook (should work with any email client).

If you are using Kindle 2 then Click File-Page Setup-Memo Style and set the page size to A5 and both font sizes to 12.

Print to the PDF printer.
