Welcome to MR!

I'm not sure how good the Sony devices are at reading HTML (never tried), but they do read PDFs, don't have wireless, and will connect to a Mac and can use either the Sony software or something like Calibre. However, I'm not sure how well the software will work on older versions of OSX.
