I just need something that works with MacOS 10.4.11
something that'll read PDF and HTML
USB 2.0 and/or firewire "network" connection.
and something that CANNOT network wirelessly (I don't trust wireless networks) and I don't even make secured networks if at all possible (and then take them down as soon as I can).

I am sure there are other things to ask and look for, but I am too uniformed to even ask those questions yet.

At this moment the DR 800S seems to not have everything I don't want, but I'm not sure if has what I want. I'll be billed an extra 3% to buy it from the EU-based company directly.
