I am going to continue to use "dead" BookDesigner to convert to "dead" LRF until I or my PRS-505 drop dead.
Actually BookDesigner has always been much better for LRF conversion than Calibre, especially from PDF. So do not complain, download BD and convert. You will be glad you made the switch.
