Point was that in many respects the winners were the inferior product. Consumers "chose" what the marketing told them to. There's a reason the vast majority of consumers have "chosen" 2 readers (Kindle and iPad) despite what many of us see as glaring, miserable flaws and I'd suggest it's
not because they're the best in the field.
