Question Voltage on AC Chargers

Hello all!

I have a question regarding chargers for the Sony readers. I have the Sony 300 and I know it has to be the barrel charger and not the USB. I also read that you can use any PSP compatible charger. I found one at a store that was going bankrupt for $5. Yay for me!! :-D

The AC charger is from MadCatz and it says it's for the PSP slim and compatible with the original PSP. My question concerns voltage though. This charger is 5v and the Sony charger is 5.2v. Is this going to be a problem at all or will it simply take a smidge longer to charge?

If it's no good I don't mind throwing out $5 but I'd rather not ruin my reader in any way. Does anybody know? Thanks so much guys & gals.
