That seems to be a high rate of satisfaction for any product, but it’s probably accurate, in my estimation. From my experience her, it seems that most people here—although I can’t recall seeing any polls on the subject—are extremely satisfied with their readers. We really like these devices!

I do believe that if the question had been asked differently (“How many of the current generation of eReaders do you rate fully satisfactory?” for example) I’m sure the percentage would have been significantly lower than 93%.

For both questions, there are those of us who would like see a response rate of 100%.

Is a seven-per-cent solution required?
