Robert, I don't know if this is a possibility (or maybe it's even out there somewhere), but while people are suggesting things for the web page, they might consider having the ability to download the users guide or manual for the ebook readers. I know for myself, when considering an electronic purchase, I like being able to see the manual ahead of time so I have a better idea what I'm getting myself into.
Also, it makes it a little easier to use the device if I've already read up on it while I'm waiting for it to arrive.
