back on Night Flight ( before Rhonda Shear's Up All Night, there was Night Flight). They did a show on her and her music. It was on USA Network, in the late 1980s. 4 hours, then repeat the same show. Usually cut off by Saturday morning shows. Saturday night was a different show. I miss it.

Night Flight was about as hip as you could get...
You could end up with the Rocky Horror Picture Show, obscure concerts (Genesis' "Seconds Out" was particularly amazing), and--for kicks & grins--midnight showings of "Reefer Madness". Half the time TV Guide wouldn't even list what was going to be showing.
Yeah, we need that kind of TV back. PBS managed to bring back Soundstage so we can hope, right?
