I started off being underwhelmed by the Pad. I thought of it as a scaled up Touch. But I'm beginning to see what DaringFireball says: the Touch is a minaturized, stripped down Pad.
I appreciate the link. It has broadened my perspective. I was gun ho on getting a 2nd generation iPad as a netbook alternative. It's just that my "desire" for handwritten annotation "within documents" is still here.
