Mum: How the f@#$ did you get pregnant if you didn't sleep with a boy
Girl: But I didn't sleep with him
Mum: What the F#$@
Girl: I swear Mum, I didn't
Mum: How the hell could he f#$% get you pregnant if you didn't sleep with him
Girl: We didn't sleep together. But you didn't say anything about standing

Of course every case is different and I'm sure there are those out there that could do with more education.
However, I have not seen any dramatic
decrease in sex education at any of the schools I am familiar with. There being an increase in teen pregnancy, but no corresponding
decrease in education, leads me to doubt the increase in teen pregnancy has much to do with a lack of education.
Of course the increase in teen pregnancy coinciding with the decision to give $5000 to anyone who had a baby could be coincidental.
