I've put an updated list of Glyphs the Kindle2 and DX support as of Jan 2010 at:

http://www.freekindlebooks.org/Unicode/KindleCodes.mobi

-- which you would need to run from your Kindle to display properly.

The list of glyphs does not exactly display correctly on "Kindle for PC" nor "Mobipocket Reader" -- since those locations are dependent on Unicode fonts on your PC.
