One thing I've noticed is that glare seems to become more apparent with the larger screens. Trying to get the perfect alignment in challenging lighting across a larger area might be a little more difficult than on the six inch devices. I've been using a Kindle DX and notice this on occasion, but it's not a major issue for me and only under difficult lighting conditions. I would imagine the potential for glare would be about the same across most of the devices with the exception of those which put a touch layer on top of the display like the Sony's. I don't notice any real difference between my iLiad or my Kindle DX.
