Sorry, Jon, I made a mistake in my original post - you picked it up before the edit.
You have to change "Dr." to "Druni(182)" and then "uni(182)" back to ".". I wrongly wrote "(uni182)" in my original post, rather than uni(182), BD's "code" for "unicode character number 182".

That's why I said to make sure you check the "case sensitive" box. There are indeed lots of words that end in "st", but not many which end in "St"
