By the way, Book Designer has a bug. The older html0 files you've made with the 04/12/2007 version have to be opened with that version and resaved without compression and then you'll be able to open them in the 05/30/2007 version. I was going to convert Dracula and it came up funny. I had to resave it uncompressed in order for the new version to read it properly.
So you'll have to downgrade, open and resave all your HTML0 files made in the older version and then upgrade again and you'll be fine. Turns out the compression in the new version isn't compatible with the old version.
