The bad news is, no, there's no way of getting the PID of the Kindle for PC client, and even if you could it wouldn't do you any good since it uses a different encryption scheme.

The good news is, there are other tools available that will do what you want, we just can't tell you where to find them. But if you read the comments on Dark Reverser's blog you might find links to what you need.
