I have created a Table of Contents for this ebook. I have not altered anything only added a Table of Contents using Sigil. Its the kind that shows up when you click the TOC button in Calibre's reader (not an in-page linky toc).

So if anyone wants a copy of the epub with toc please pm your email and I will send it to you. Unless of course the author has some issue with me doing this.
