A reason not to choose it? Well, if it's not a "Gold Edition", I'd choose the Gold Edition instead: it's faster, has more gray levels (better quality for illustrations), larger storage space... If it's the Gold Edition, the only reason I can find is you may prefer something with a touch screen...
