my girlfriend and me have two kindle dx. we use them at university and secondary school. they aren't complitely usefullfor this activity.
they do well the function of:
-only write
-only read
they don't do well the function of:
-read and write, so they aren't perfect for studying
-paint explicative image for complete the notes, so you can't take mathematics notes.
-you can't modify the texts, but only take notes on it, so you need computer to organize your notes.
-if you use it for your schoolbooks, so you scan them, you can't manipulate them on your kindle (so they are static pdf where you can't take notes).
