As usual: $ prices 1:1 in €.
For now, only the WiFi versions.
Based on that, I guess it's pretty realistic to expect iPad in Germany from T-Mobile, which would mirror the iPhone situation.
The pre-order link goes dead.

EDIT: They've pulled it. Now you only find the Fujitsu iPad under this link. Probably someone has been to enthusiastic...
