yep. it's called
bookmark duplicate detector, surprisingly enough.
it is turning out to be very helpful, since for example if i take a folder full of bookmarks from the "imported from firefox" main folder, and move them into the identical folder in my original list, any duplicates are quietly "disappeared". i'm still doing most of the work by hand though.
