The way that I hold it is with the four fingers of my left hand supporting the back of the Reader, the bottom left corner of the Reader at the base of my thumb, and my thumb over the page turn rocker switch. As I say, that's perfectly comfortable for me. I am left-handed, though - perhaps it doesn't work so well for right-handed people?
