Well I only have the PRS 300 but it fits in my pocket and has superb reading screen. The reading quality is the unique selling point to me. I have top dollar PC screen and it kills my eyes for reading long periods - whereas the PRS 300 is like reading a book. No strain. Period. That is enough to sell it to me. I also chose the 300 as this whole area is fast changing and very embryonic. In 18 months time it will be so much cheaper better faster etc. So I'm not going to invest too heavily up front. Re the Ipad - it is so huge. For me a computer and an ereader covers a lot of bases.
