I really like using Adobe's Jenson in print (even a ho-hum 600dpi laser print is good), but it just loses too much of its detail on e-paper for me to appreciate it.

Naturally the "safest" fonts are slab serifs and sans serifs, but I try my best to avoid them now for book text.
