jaxx, I'm so sorry, but I haven't had time to continue reading. I've been trying to deal with the rain. Then once it stopped, I've had to deal with the repair. Wet drywall is not fun.
I'm trying to get things dried out, pulled out, and repaired before the next set of storms.
I do appreciate you putting your book up and it's first on my list to read when I have more time.
