Got an email back from customer service confirming that "...we don't have the rights to the cover..." which I still find slightly puzzling as the title page verso for the paper version reads "...Corgi Books are published by Transworld Publishers...a division of the Random House Group Ltd" - who are also the publishers of the electronic version
