I've watched/read live blogs of Apple's presentations for a while-this one was good, but felt a bit uneven. I think there was probably more stuff they wanted to have ready (streaming TV, newspaper deals, etc.) that just didn't make the deadline. I bet eBook negotiations went up to the last minute as well, hence it being added last.

I definitely don't think the iPad we saw today is going to be the same iPad 6 months from now...we are also waiting for iPhone OS 4.0, which will affect it.
