You were right. "My" coffee cream is 9-12% though

According to Wikipedia, single cream is 18% cream in the UK. Half-and-half in USA is 10.5-18% cream.
So there's lot's of percentages to choose from
I think I'll stay with whole milk. Cream and butter gives a nice texture, but - oh! - the calories, with all that butter and cream.
