The first thing I'd do is plug it into AC.
Then I'd remove it from the carrying case and press the reset 'button' on the back.
If none of that helps, then I'd wait 10-12 hours for a full charge, and try again.
If none of that helps, I'd probably remove (completely disconnect) the battery and
press the reset button several times (to totally drain any residual charge in the circuitry), then re-install the battery, and start over above.
If none of that worked, I'd call Astak support.
