Some books, or downloaded recipes, get a strange name when accented words are involved.

By instance, if I make a recipe and execute on wednesday, the name is "mi&#233," what I suppose is the spanish name for wednesday (miércoles). Note the accented "e".

And it happens in many other contexts. Commas replaced by underscores, an so on....

Can this issue be solved?
