Wow, I never heard of that. There is more to a sales agreement than the bottom line price... there are many other terms.

Although, that sounds like it might be a bit different. If you made a counter offer and it is accepted you can't then change your mind. That makes more sense than the fact that you couldn't go with a lower offer.
