I was not aware of that, where is it stated? And where do you draw the line between comics/manga and artwork/illustrations? I uplodaded some books consisting (almost) solely on etchings or engravings, how is a comic different (assuming it's not under copyright, of course)? I even made a "work-in-progress"
comic upload and nobody mentioned it.
