It was easy for me to quit smoking, of course I went from an occasional user of chewing tobacco to a daily one so I dont know if you can say I "quit". Of course about 5 years later I quit that too and that was absolute hell - I surprised I'm still married and the kids still talk to me

It's been about 2 years now of nicotine free and I still get the occasional urge, maybe once a month but it lasts about 2 seconds and if I actually think about it it turns me off.

It can be done - and it gets easier every day!!!
