Change your gmail password. It is included in your last post.
I emailed you what you wanted in epub format. The mobi format didn't look too well. It didn't have a table of contents. You can convert the epub I sent you to mobi.
As soon as you save the attachment I sent you (from Walt A.) go to reader and
mark all as read.
