I'm a prospective buyer of the device, for the sole purpose of reading pdf files from the electronic version of medical journals. After doing some digging and googling, i found that Sony Reader has some troubles with this particular format. I also found a guide on how to make pdf's more Reader compatible, but I'm not sure if all those medical pdf's have permissions for saving as .rtf (not sure how the pdf permissions and protections work, never had to deal with them before) - so I might be stuck with the pdf files in their original form.

So, I'd like to know how bad the native viewing of A4 formated pdf's is. I've attached an (freely accessible) article and I'd be really greatful if someone from the happy owners could load it onto his reader and comment / post some pictures.
