I haven't used the SD card slot on my device. It isn't a deal breaker for me.

I only need one color. And my reader comes in very nice silver color with accents. Does the PP have accents, or is it a boring one color.

Doesn't really matter to me. BTW, I do have a Sony and it is user replacable.
