Unfortunately I no longer have the e-reader, or should I say readers. The first I struggled with a fault for two solid weeks and countless expensive phone calls to support. With no result, I then swapped it for another and again experienced problems which support couldn't resolve. After more than a week and many more calls I gave up and am now returning it for a refund. I loved the machine when it was working and am devastated at losing it but only discovered this forum aftermaking the decision to give up. I'm now awaiting the delivery of a Netbook and hope this allow me carry on reading but fear it won't be the same. I'd like to think that at some future time I may have another reader even if I have to buy it myself.
