Thanks, lovelies *hugs* I got home and discovered it all wasn't as bad as I'd thought, just got a horrendous impression via phone call. So all is vaguely on-track this morning, and removalists (theoretically) turning up this arvo. And an electrician turning up to the new place to fix some minor electrical problems - cracked light fittings, powerpoints, etc...
Dang, we are SUCH demanding tenants! I think we've put in about 10 repair requests so far, and we've only had the lease for 4 days
