Wow, this is great so far.
A couple general comments: My guess is that modifying core reader functions will not be allowed by Amazon. We'll find out more.
Folders and Tags are BY FAR my personally most desired item, but I am guessing that it would be a waste of time. They are so desired that I have the feeling they're going to go into a UI upgrade straight from Amazon sometime soon.
My personal favorite suggestion so far is frotz.. Google Apps would be lovely as well.
