It's not just for moms! A great review from a dad who enjoyed it!
Even though I may not be the target audience I really enjoyed this story. I was heavily involved in taking care of my own kids, who are now teens, and so I could really identify with the elation and exhaustion that Virginia feels. Although there's a lot of action crammed into the pages the story has a realistic feel to it. It's hard not to cheer as Virginia pulls herself together and -- well, no spoilers here. It just went by all too fast.
I didn't see the ending coming either -- that was a nice surprising twist.
Nice job, author, I'll be looking for your next release!
