We've had a discussion (possibly several) around here some time back on that topic. The bottom line seems to be that it'll handle a 4GB SD card, but it will only read the first 2GB. Which is kinda annoying, but it's also what Sony spec'ed, so I don't guess we have too much room to fuss.
