Well, to me it seems that some users of this forum try to defend the Iliad and iRex. If they realy believe iRex customer service is a good thing, well, be happy with it.
It seems to me that in USA there is more lack of service than in Europe and USA citizens are used to that and just accept it.
Its a matter of distiction, if your used to less service and garantee, then it seems all correct the way iRex treats its customers.
So there are two opinions about service and garantee, makes sence where you come from.

btw FBReader is unable to open ePub with DRM, so at first I have to strip DRM

And yes, its only Dutch, because others dont seem to have any trouble with it.
