Yes WDE's fortune is rather good.
I think Ravenne's fortune is another great one:
"ravenne can even cheer up an andriod equipped with a defective Genuine Personality Prototype."
I like reading the different fortunes and seeing them change; whoever makes them has done a great job and is quite creative!
